ANUNCIADOS OS ARTISTAS PARA A WHITNEY BIENNIAL DE 20082007-11-21 À medida que se inicia a contagem decrescente para a Whitney Biennial de 2008, começam a emergir detalhes sobre aquela gigante sondagem de arte americana que ocupa quase todo o edifÃcio Marcel Breuer do museu. A próxima, que abre a 6 de Março, ocupará temporariamente a Seventh Regiment Armory, com performances, instalações e outros eventos organizados pela Whitney em colaboração com o Art Production Fund. A curadoria da Biennial caberá a Henriette Huldisch - curadora assistente no Whitney Museum e directora da filial do museu em Altria – e supervisionada por Donna De Salvo, curadora-chefe do museu. A equipa compõe-se também de mais três conselheiros: Thelma Golden, directora do Studio Museum, Bill Horrigan, director das artes-media do Wexner Center e a curadora independente Linda Norden.
